conducted in accordance with Shariah rules and principles. Our responsibility is to form an independent opinion, based on the
information and explanations provided on the operations of EXIM Bank and thereby report to you.
Hence to the best of our knowledge based on the information provided to us and decisions made during the Shariah Committee
meeting, we are of the opinion that the Islamic banking and takaful business operations of EXIM Bank for the financial year ended
31 December 2013 have been conducted in conformity with the Shariah rules and principles.
